All about Little Sails Before, After and Vacation Care

Our Before and After School Care centre caters for children from 5 to 12 years of age who are currently attending Brighton-le-Sands Public School. Vacation Care is open to children who are enrolled at any primary school. The aim of Little Sails Out Of School Hours, (OOSH) is to create a safe, caring & stimulating environment, where children can freely choose amongst the program of activities and participate with their friends.

Hours of Operation

Little Sails OOSH is open from Monday to Friday – except for public holidays. The centre will also be closed during the Christmas/New Year period.

Before School Care: 7:00am to 9:00am
After School Care: 3:00pm to 6:00pm
Vacation Care: 7:00am to 6:00pm

Pupil Free Days at the end of a school holiday will be included in the Vacation Care program.

Fees and CCS discount

Little Sails is eligible to provide CCS (Child Care Subsidy). This means that you can claim the CCS once you have registered with Centrelink and confirmed all details though your MYGOV account. Once you register for our waiting list, we will be in contact with you to discuss enrolment options – which includes fee schedule.

Meals

Little Sails recognises and acknowledges the importance of providing food that is both nutritious and appropriate to the needs of the children attending OOSH. A healthy, nutritious afternoon tea menu is provided for after school care and vacation care daily.
